More than 20 years in teaching positions in various specialized educational institutions, including the City Secondary Vocational School for Adolescents and Persons with Hearing Impairments on Novoslobodskaya (Center on Paveletskaya), the Center for Psychological and Pedagogical Rehabilitation and Correction “Logoton” (Zelenograd), Boarding School No. 101 for children with hearing impairments named after S. Y. Krivovyaz.

He taught subjects of the natural science cycle (geography, chemistry, biology, technology and labor) and humanities (history, social studies, literature), received a second higher education at the Law Faculty of the Bryansk Pedagogical University (state-legal specialization), conducted social work and pedagogical activities in circles and creative associations (tourism, cinema, journalism, museum work).

In the late 90s and early noughties, he worked as the director of the city camp, was the organizer of outdoor inclusive camps for teenagers and young people (the State Historical, Literary and Natural Landscape Reserve named after A. S. Pushkin), took an active part in inclusive projects of the Club “Adventure”Charity Foundation. In the period from 2002 to 2003, he was a leading specialist in the Rehabilitation Department of the Central Board of the All-Russian Society of the Deaf.


Merits

The winner of the competition of the best teachers of the Russian Federation in 2007 in the framework of the Priority national project “Education”, awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, awarded the Patriarchal Diploma for many years of work and care for the deaf and hard of hearing people.

Winner of city, national and international competitions) in the field of mass media (printed school mass media) and film festivals, including international ones (films with the participation of people with disabilities).

Author of a number of scientific and journalistic articles on the problems of disabled people, co-author of a methodological guide and a textbook for teachers and students of higher education institutions on working with children with hearing disorders.

Participates in the activities of the Coordination Center for Work with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing at the Synodal Department for Social Service and Church Charity of the Russian Orthodox Church, participates in educational and creative projects of the Russian Film School for the Disabled “Without Borders”.
